Processing and dispatching Orders
Unless under server maintenance, our site is available 24/7. However, how quickly packages are sent out depends on factors like bank holidays. Orders placed on Mondays through Fridays before 3:00 pm get quickly processed and dispatched the next day. The orders we get on holidays, weekends, or after 3:00 pm are processed the next business day.
UK Regional Delivery estimates
- London, Manchester, Birmingham, & Major urban centres: delivery is most often in one to two business days.
- Mainland England, Scotland, & Wales: usually one or two business days
- Scottish Highlands, islands, & North Wales: up to four business days.
- Northern Ireland: two - four days depending on location.
Mitigating Factors
It’s worth noting that these are only estimates. Factors like weather and other instances out of our control can create delays. More specific delivery times are given once handling begins.
Tracking and Receiving
