Shipping & Delivery Policy
We know that when you place an order, you want to know what happens next - when it will leave us, how it will be packed and how you can keep an eye on the delivery.
This page explains how we process and dispatch orders from Peptides Online, along with estimated UK delivery times and what to do if something doesn't go to plan.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time, at weekends or on a bank holiday will be picked up for processing on the next working day.
Once your order has been prepared and handed to the courier, we'll send a dispatch confirmation to the email address used when ordering. Please verify your junk or spam folder if you are expecting an update and haven't seen one.
During particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer than usual. If there is a significant issue affecting your order, we'll do our best to contact you.
UK Delivery
Delivery times depend on the destination, courier service and circumstances outside our control.
As a general guide:
- London and major UK cities: usually 1–2 working days
- Mainland England, Scotland and Wales: usually 2–3 working days
- Scottish Highlands, islands and some remote areas: allow up to 4 working days
- Northern Ireland: usually 4–6 working days
These times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Adverse weather, courier network disruption, public holidays and unusually high parcel volumes can all cause delays. Remote locations may also take longer to reach.
Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, your dispatch email will include a tracking number or link.
Tracking information may not appear immediately after the parcel leaves us. Couriers sometimes need several hours to scan a parcel into their network, so don't be concerned if there is no movement straight away.
Please consider using the courier's tracking service for the latest delivery updates.
Check Your Delivery Address
Please take a moment to check your delivery details before completing your order.
We use the shipping information supplied during checkout. An incorrect postcode, missing flat number or incomplete address can result in a delay or the parcel being returned.
If you notice a mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will correct the address if the parcel hasn't already been processed or handed to the courier.
Once an order has entered the courier network, we may not be able to change its destination.
Packaging
Orders are packed carefully to help protect products during normal handling and transport.
We also keep external packaging straightforward and discreet. Product information is kept inside the parcel rather than unnecessarily displayed on the outside.
Where additional protective packaging is appropriate, it will be used before dispatch.
Missed Deliveries
If nobody is available when delivery is attempted, what happens next depends on the courier.
They may attempt delivery again, leave instructions for collection, deliver to an approved safe location or provide another option through their tracking service.
Check your tracking information first, as the tracking number will normally show the latest status and any action you need to take.
Delayed or Missing Parcels
A tracking update that pauses for a short period doesn't necessarily mean a parcel is lost. Occasionally, tracking scans are delayed even though the parcel is still moving through the courier network.
If your order has gone beyond the expected delivery window and the tracking information hasn't provided a useful update, please contact us.
When getting in touch, include your order number so we can identify the shipment quickly and verify the available delivery information.
Please don't publish your order number or tracking details publicly.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photographs of the outer packaging and the contents before disposing of anything.
Contact us promptly with your order number and the photographs. This gives us the information needed to review what happened and, where appropriate, raise the matter with the courier.
Research Use Only
Products supplied by Peptides Online are intended strictly for research use only (RUO).
They are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnostic purposes, or use as medicines, food or cosmetics.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are ordered, received, stored and handled appropriately and in accordance with applicable requirements.
Need Help With a Delivery?
If you have a question about an order, tracking information or a delivery that hasn't arrived when expected, please contact us.
Providing your order number in your message will usually help us address the query more quickly.
We would rather you contact us if something looks wrong than spend time trying to work out what has happened to a parcel yourself.
