Please read through the following general terms and conditions before using our website or any of its services. Use of our services is considered understanding and acceptance of our policies and applies to all visitors to our platform, whether registered or using for the first time. Researchers are advised to seek other services if they cannot agree to our policies.
Customer Responsibilities
We are a registered provider of research peptides for scientific development. We do not give medical advice and should not be considered a pharmaceutical dispensary. Researchers are responsible for any problems that occur due to the incorrect use or misuse of, or the failure to follow the usage guidelines for any materials we provide.
Contractual Eligibility
By using our website for materials or services, researchers declare that they are at the age of majority and can legally enter into a binding contract. They also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of our site, and all products and services associated with it.
Services Agreement and Legitimate Use
Through our registered platform, we provide peptides and other materials meant for Research Use Only, or RUO, as legally permitted by regulation and law. Research peptides are marked as not for veterinary or human consumption.
Governance
We are in constant compliance with the regulations set forth by the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, and current Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines. We also adhere to the regulations on RUO materials established by the European Medicines Agency.
Proper Use of our Platform
Researchers using our platform must agree to commit no fraudulent behaviour and to follow all applicable regulations and laws established by the appropriate agencies while doing so. This includes, but isn’t limited to, providing correct, up-to-date, and complete information when creating an account or while checking out.
Allowances and prohibitions
Users agree that they are prohibited from modifying, transferring, distributing, licensing, transmitting, publishing, reproducing, or selling of any of this website’s services, products, or information. We mutually agree that you can download and display, or print hard copies of any material we present on our site for non-commercial use provided that trademark, copyright and other proprietary protections are not violated.
Service refusal
Our site reserves the right to terminate any accounts, cancel any orders, or refuse our services at our discretion at any time if it is found that fraudulent conduct was committed by anyone in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
Product Information
Materials we provide are 100% non-pathogenic, synthetic and non-toxic. Research peptides on our site are listed with their batch number and a 3rd party COA, or Certificate of Analysis. They contain no albumin or other additives and no animal or cell derivatives and are formulated for laboratory research. However, we cannot make any promises regarding predictable or expected outcomes.
Visual details
We consistently monitor materials in an effort to keep their details updated and accurate as quickly as possible once it’s released by the product manufacturers. However, we cannot give any guarantees that all of the content is 100% accurate, reliable, complete, or current.
Why mistakes Happen
There are a few things that can create delays in the time it takes for us to make updates. Sometimes, it’s the fast pace of scientific advancements or delays in communications. Manufacturing update notices can also be received late. The packages our researchers get may not look exactly like the pictures they see on our website. Researchers should check the products carefully after receiving.
The Wrong Price
If a price was input incorrectly during the checkout process, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If a website glitch was found that created a visual pricing mistake on our website, we will either cancel the order or replace it like-for-like for the value of the original order.
Out of Stock
Delays in transport and other unforeseeable events may cause shipments to be late, creating the potential for running out of supply. When this occurs, we may ask about potential alternatives or suggest a suitable one at our discretion. No purchaser is ever required to accept alternative products.
Product Pricing & Payment Terms
The prices for services and research materials on our site are quoted in British Pounds, and the final price will be set as such once the order is accepted. Prices can change without notice, but this doesn’t affect orders previously confirmed.
Credit
Terms of credit are within our sole discretion and are bound by regulation. Credit is subject to authorisation by a credit issuer, and confirms that the purchaser is the credit holder. If a credit issuer doesn’t approve payment, we are unable to accept the order.
Payment Options
There are other forms of remittance that we accept: direct bank transfer and the cryptocurrency Bitcoin. All payment forms, including credit, require acceptance of our Terms & Conditions before they can be accepted and orders processed.
Other Costs
Any fees, including import taxes, customs duties, international handling fees and any other additional costs and duties are not included in the price of a product. Those separate fees are displayed separately and communicated while checking out. Purchasers are responsible for paying any additional charges unless otherwise stated by us.
Accepting deliveries
The importance of the quality control of research peptides during transport requires researchers to check the delivery details of their materials very carefully. We always source the most reputable courier services, but dispatch times and quality controls they provide cannot be guaranteed by us. We take no responsibility for delays or product ineffectiveness caused by the carrier.
Where they’re sent
Deliveries are made to the address specified by the researcher during the ordering process. This may be a different address from what’s in our files. Clarification at checkout may be needed. We’re unable to arrange deliveries to any virtual addresses or to other suppliers or providers.
Report Issues
Please contact us to report any mistakes or product damage. If there is evidence of tampering, report it to the proper authorities and us immediately, take photographs, and do not use it for any research. Some deliveries may require a signature and identification. We are not liable for packages left by couriers unattended.
Returns
Because research peptides are complex, we can only accept returns for defects, damage, or when incomplete. Purchasers are advised to take photographs if claiming there are damages. We may require sending the product back to us for further investigation, paid by us. If any of these apply, contact us to discuss whether a return for a refund is possible, and for the steps following approval.
Courier Returns
If a package is returned to us by the delivery service for delivery refusal, incorrect address, or any other non-delivery, it must be returned to our disbursement facility prior to refunds or replacements being issued. This also applies to returns not initiated by the original purchaser. Most refunds are processed within 14 days, and we consider exceptions at our discretion based on case-by-case details.
Liability Limits and Reserved Rights
We, the materials supplier and you, the purchaser, agree that each party has specific liability responsibilities and reserved rights protected by law. We recommend all users of our services read this section carefully to clearly understand our stated rights and liabilities.
Reservation of Rights
- We reserve the right to limit or refuse the sale of any research peptides to customers who are unqualified.
- At any time, we reserve the right to make our website unavailable for any reason and for any length of time.
- We reserve the right to apply a refusal to sell alert to an account if any researcher communication indicates intended misuse of any research peptides. Misuse of any of our products under any circumstances is not tolerated.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if a violation of our Terms & Conditions is suspected, and accept no liability for any losses, damages, or expenses under these conditions.
- We reserve the right to change, update, and modify these Terms & Conditions at our discretion, with no prior notice, at any time.
Our Liability
We accept full liability for the purchase costs of any research materials and services in the event of failing to meet our Terms & Conditions. Under the protection of UK law, we are not liable for consequential, indirect, or direct losses incurred by any user of our site’s services or products unless we have failed to meet our own terms. The policies herein documented cannot limit any mandatory liability for personal injury or death caused by our fraudulent behaviour, misrepresentation, or negligence.
Changes to this Policy
If any part of this document becomes outdated, invalid, or unlawful, those said parts will be invalidated and deleted, with the remaining provisions staying in place. The most current version is always posted with the revision date documented at the bottom of the page, with this page superseding all previous versions.
